Under REACH, you have 12 months from receipt of the registration number of SDS from your supplier, to bring your application (Articles 37 and 39 of REACH) e-SDS. You have the following 4 ways to do it:

Option. 1: Edit Your use conditions in order to comply with the terms used in e-SDS from your supplier (eg open to change to a closed system, more efficient ventilation system, etc.)

Option. 2: Contact your supplier / registrant with the requirement to include in your conditions of use of existing e-SDS.

Registrants have the option of:

(1) accept your application and supplement existing e-SDS conditions for your use, or (2) to refuse your request to add your conditions of use. Then you must follow the option 1, 3 or 4 Registrant / contractor should immediately inform downstream users of the reasons for refusal.

Option. 3: Report your conditions of use of echo and develop their own chemical safety report (CSR) (Article 37 REACH).

Option. 4: Choose the supplier that includes your conditions of use.
